Sound@Home is a new native application for all android platforms. This is the same company that created Sound Balance, a free music therapy audio album creator, which was inspired by the "lossless" recording format used in the Pillsbury PC. Sound@Home offers many more features than its competitor, but its free software makes it a much better choice. Besides its free software application Soundbalance, it also provides free sound samples and other royalty free music tracks. I must say, that after downloading and using the Sound@Home software, I am impressed by both its versatility and ease of use.
With so many free music and sound effects databases on the internet, I was surprised at how well Sound@Home worked and showed some impressive results. I was impressed with the collection of sounds and music tracks and was able to put together my first piece of music in just a few minutes. Soundbalance did a good job of mixing the recorded tracks and gave me great sound quality. Its user-friendly interface made it easy to set up my personal home studio, and the fact that it has been developed for the mobile market is just icing on the cake. When it comes to mixing, its algorithms are very fast and accurate, and you won't be disappointed with your finished project.
The only issue that I have is that it does not allow you to save loops in MP3 format. So if you want to save the songs as an mp3, you will need to download and install the free Soundbooth application to do so. Soundbooth is a fantastic music creation tool that will help you create and edit your own music with ease. The free version does not have nearly the amount of sounds as the paid version and has fewer features, but still it's a decent enough download that should satisfy most people.
